Here are the workouts for boys soccer off season. Please make sure you read everything carefully as it is super important you stay safe.
Always stretch and do as much as you can without overworking. There are options for every person both weighted and non-weighted if you have no way of getting to a weight set.
This is non-mandatory, but SUPER beneficial for the program to keep growing. Play as much as you can and do as much as you can outside of the fall season!
